Let's talk about the recipe!

Ingredients
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Banana
- Medjool dates
- Cashews
- Milled flax
- Cinnamon
- Ice
Blend the Smoothie
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
The banana and the dates in this recipe add so much natural sweetness (and dietary fiber), while the flax and cashews add healthy fat and protein. There's cinnamon for flavor and antioxidants, and the frozen banana and ice keep things thick and creamy. The almond milk adds a nice nuttiness, but oat milk would have a similar effect. Overall this smoothie is sweet, spicy, and nutty!
